Bonus Points Scheme

1. This scheme is specifically for selected customers only.
2. For specific spending on specific goods, there will be bonus point earning. 
3. The bonus point can only be used to redeem goods from Realplus asia limited.
4. A specific personnel will be assigned to each account to manage the account profile under the scheme, including the spending, points accumulated, amount of points spend and left, etc. 
5. There will be a specific membership number assign to you, which will be used for checking the account profile under the scheme.

Lost and defected card

1. Please fill the application form again for any renewal of the card and selected “renewal”.
2. There will be a non-refundable charge of HKD20 for card renewal.

Terms and conditions

1. The Realplus Reward membership is by invitation only.
2. Individual member must be aged 18 or above with Hong Kong Identity Card.
3. Please make sure all the information provided are correct and legal. Any incorrect information may lead to invalid of the membership.
4. The membership and bonus points are not transferable. The company reserved the right to verify the identity of the member.
5. The bonus points will be valid for 1 year from the date of points entitled. Bonus points expired will be forfeitedautomatically without prior noticed.
6. Please refer to the Privacy Policy on the use of personal information.
7. There will be a charge in delivery of the redeemed goods.
8. Realplus asia limited reserved the right to amend the terms and condition without prior notices. 
9. Realplus asia limited reserved the right to refuse the application or terminate the registration for any reason. For any disputation,Realplus asia limited reserved the right for the final decision.
